Noons from 2000 feet!

From a scenic flight on Friday August 8th, 2014 here is a photo of our hatchery and ponds from about 2000 feet.  Clearly visible is the rearing pond and duck pond.  Slightly obscured by some trees is the hatchery building itself.

Enjoy!!!!

Another TELUS donation to Noons!

On Friday August 21st, 2015 the Port Moody Ecological Society was again wonderfully surprised with a charitable donation of $1350 from Linda Jackson, President of the Fraser Valley TELUS Community Ambassadors through the 2015 TELUS Charitable Giving Program.

The group receive donations from TELUS current and retired staff, with TELUS matching eligible donations, up to $2500, dollar for dollar!

The Port Moody Ecological Society would like to thank Linda for visiting the hatchery today – and making our day – this is the second year that we have been in receipt of this fabulous support!!

We can’t thank our volunteers enough; those who put in the many thousands of hours each year that obviously resonate so well with the community, that we have had their backing and support for so many years.

To our regular volunteers – YOU ROCK!!!!!!
